If drivers are running into issues, here are some simple things they can do to try to fix the issue.
- Logout and log back in. This re-downloads settings from the server and forces a new token.
- Logout, kill the app, then log back in.
- Restart the iOS device, then log back in.
- Uninstall ParaPlan, then re-download it from the App Store
Generally one of these steps will solve the issue. If a driver is still having issues, submit a ticket.
