The current version contains an issue when collecting a signature on devices running iOS 8, the screen will turn black on the first touch. The uploaded signature will be a black screen.
To work around this issue, click the clear button after it initially turns black and then the signature can be entered as usual and the uploaded signature will be correct.
We are currently working on this issue and expect to have it resolved soon.
