There was an issue in this release where if a user scrolled using the mouse wheel in Dispatch View on Scheduling Canvas AND the mouse was hovered over a Pick Up or Drop Off Time, it would activate the spinner, changing the time, even though the box that held the time wasn't selected.
This issue was resolved in v4.1.925.12149. Using the scroll wheel to change times still works, but the box has to be clicked in first.
